Choice specimen of a creamy good developed feldspar crystal pair with in between a nice lustrous black tourmaline var. schorl crystal. Transparant and gemmy blue lustrous Aquamarine crystals sit on top of the creamy feldspar together with more schorl crystals. Perfect aesthetics! From the better known locality "Hohenstein".
The Hohenstein is the tallest peak (2319m) in the Erongo complex situated in the south on Bergsig Farm 167, Omaruru District.
In 2000 the best aquamarine crystals in Namibia where discovered in near-vertical granite cliffs below the Hohenstein.
